Version compatibility
AtlasMerge supports all Jira versions that are currently supported by Atlassian. As of today, we support Jira versions from 8.13 onwards.
If you have an older Jira version, we can offer to upgrade you as part of the migration process. Contact us to hash out the details!
Hosting
Currently, we support legacy on-premise (Server) instances, as well as Datacenter instances of Jira.
Please note that we only offer limited Atlassian Cloud support! This is because Atlassian Cloud is a moving target and sometimes breaks compatibility. We rely heavily on cooperation of the Atlassian Support. Fixed Price and Project Success Guarantee are not available for Atlassian Cloud migrations.
